Evaluation

20 August 2008, the first evaluation for the new work year 08/09. I did OK today but i think there is still room for improvement:) My ergo really sux big time but i think my chin-up and running still acceptable. Doing ergo before before the 2km run killed alot of people today.

WHAT HAPPENED? Personally i think running fast is equally important to be able to carry heavy weights. We should try to be an all-round athlete. Being physically fit set you in a confident mood before any race. Basic fitness is essential in rowing. So people, stop banging on HEAVY weights and try to go for run. Be good in every aspect!

I am sure we want to show the newcomers how good we are and how ZAI we are!
